I cured my migraines!
People call July 4th "Independence Day," but for me Independence Day is January 4th. Why? Because that is the day I discovered the cure for my migraines!
Migraines I had suffered through for 20+ years.
Migraines that were getting progressively more debilitating as time went on.
Migraines that were costing me a lot of money each year in expensive medication that made me feel loopy.
It has been a year since I started taking magnesium on a regular basis and I feel like a new person. While my migraine "triggers" still cause headaches (some worse than others), they are just that - headaches. Not the awful migraines I suffered through for years.
Who would have known an apparent magnesium deficiency could have caused so much pain for so long?
So HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY everyone! One year migraine free and loving it! :)
What life changing things happened to you in 2012?

There can be some interrelation between several health disorders. Therefore, whenever you consult a doctor for migraine, you should not forget to mention the other problems as well, so that it becomes easier for the doctor to treat you correctly.
Sometimes, people get confused between a normal headache and some neurological disorder, but if have recently faced some heavy injury, you must not ignore seeking the advice of case management UK services.
